At SK SHAN Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to delivering quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under certain conditions as described below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

Perishable goods (e.g. spices, grains, food items) are non-refundable unless defective or expired upon arrival.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

3. How to Request a Refund or Return
