• Items received are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

• You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Perishable goods (e.g. spices, grains, food items) are non-refundable unless defective or expired upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used food items

• Clearance or promotional items

• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and a brief description.

3. Our team will verify and confirm if a refund, return, or replacement is applicable.

4. If eligible, we will guide you on return shipping or arrange pickup (in selected areas).

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Processing time: 3 to 7 working days.

5. Replacements or Exchanges

• We will resend the correct or replacement item at no additional cost.

• If the item is no longer available, a full refund or equivalent store credit will be issued.
